Sephora's Spring Sale

Today I thought we would walk to Beauty a little and most importantly, Sephora’s spring sale. If you aren’t on my email list, then you didn’t see my product break down yesterday that is linked on LikeToKnow.It. What I didn’t include in that email was a full deep dive on each product. I linked all of the products for my everyday make up look; some are from Target and some are from Sephora.

Let’s take a deep dive

First thing, I didn’t put these in any particular order and I even threw in a few things that aren’t in the make up arena.

URBAN DECAY All Nighter Setting Spray- If you live in a dry climate you need a setting spray. I prefer a dewy glow and you need a setting spray to get that, plus no one wants their make up ruining off their face at 1pm. This product is my go-to. It keeps your makeup in place and doesn’t make you look cakey.

Real Techniques Complexion Sponge- These specific beauty blenders are from Target. I love them. For one, they are bright orange so I can’t lose them. They come in packs of two (I use one for liquids and one for powders), and I have found they just work well and are a good price.

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Loose Highlighter- I have the gold shimmer, and apply it on my cheekbones as my highlight. I really like the “glow” look.

Indian Healing Clay Mask- I did an Instagram post with this, but if you missed it, let me get you up to speed. YOU NEED THIS! I mix it with water, leave for as long as possible and my blemishes disappear. I went through Accutane so my skin is sensitive, but this product true works so well.

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Clear Brow Gel- This is another product everyone needs. Even if you aren’t doing full make up, brush your brows up with a clear gel and watch how awake you look.

Sephora Eyelash Applicator- False eyelashes are incredible for what they do for the face, but they are a bitch to put on, or at least for me they are. This little tool is so helpful when it comes to eyelash application and not dangerous like tweezers because we do not need to put an eye out while trying to put on lashes.

BECCA Shimmering Highlighter- I obviously like shimmer, but I use this product on the inside corner of my eyes to really make my eyes look open and bright.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer- I use the color Chantilly in this concealer and am completely obsessed. I’ve used concealers in the past that would sink into my eye creases (GROSS!) and this one does not do that.

OLAPLEX Hair Perfector- I threw this in there, and it is clearly not make up. This is for your hair. Tons of salons use products just like this one to help with dryness and split ends. I’ve used it for years and it continually helps my hair health.

LAURA MERCIER Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30- This product is for the days you don’t wear make up, or when you have a “sleep over” and want to feel confident with your no make up look. This product paired with the brow gel and mascara are an awesome “no make up” look.

URBAN DECAY NAKED2 Eyeshadow Palette- I think this is the perfect eyebrow palette. It has all of the necessities for a natural look with Taupe shades you can use for your brows or your eyelids.

SOL DE JANEIRO Sol Stick SPF 50- I included this product… 1 because I love it, and 2 because I am dreaming of the beach and needing sunscreen after the Corona Virus Quarantine is over. Anyways, this sunscreen is a stick clearly, so it’s easy to apply and smells like a cake or some kind of sweet baked good, and I’m here for it.

BENEFIT COSMETICS Curling and Lifting Mascara - This is my favorite mascara ever. It curls your lashes just right and doesn’t clump. I buy travel size mascara instead of the full size because I think towards the bottom of regular sized mascaras it starts to dry up and no one wants clumpy lashes or mascara that won’t apply easily.

LAURA MERCIER Translucent Loose Setting Powder - This is a product I have started using in the last 6-8 months. I use for “baking”. If you don’t know what “baking” is, let me know and I’ll do a video. This product really helps to sculpt my face and make me feel more confident.

Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover- I use this only around my eyes after I’ve washed my face to clean up the mascara. It is super gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin.

LACOME Primer- If you’re using mascara without primer, you are missing out! Lash primer is a game changer, it really makes you get the full affect of your mascara.

Smashbox Cali Contour Palette- I love this product because it has a lot in one. I don’t like having a million products that take up tons of space in my make up. I like efficient. This also has different bronzer shades for contouring which is perfect if you get tanner in the summer like I do.

YVES SAINT LAURENT All Hours Longwear Natural Matte Foundation- This foundation is a must! If you only can buy one item, buy this. It is a little pricey, but applies beautifully and stays beautifully. Two of the prettiest people I’ve ever met both recommended this foundation to me. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask - I have been using this for the last year. It is perfect to apply before bed and wake up with moist lips. This was also on my Instagram post.

ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Brow Powder Duo & Pencil- The brow powder and pencil really go together. Brows are very “in” right now, but it’s so hard for brows to match. This is your solution.

ST. TROPEZ Self Tan Dark Bronzing Mousse & Tanning Mitt- The tanning mitt and bronzing mousse are other products that go together. I think Sephora is out of this specific mitt right now, but this is one I have. The bronzing mousse is lovely if you’re doing a tan at home. I think being tanning really makes me feel more confident so I like to use tanning products without harming my skin in tanning beds.
